  • ● Menu tasting selections / site inspection and final detailed meeting with couple at reception venue (4-6 weeks prior to event)
  • ● Wrap-up meeting and collect wedding accessories (1 week prior)
  • Set up your wedding e-binder via Google Drive contained planning guidelines and worksheets, wedding budget, wedding calendar, wedding checklist and seating chart.
  • Set up your wedding timeline via Timeline Genius Software
  • Venue search for ceremony and reception location (up to 8)
  • ● Personal attendance to all site tours (as needed)
  • Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories
  • Assistance with selection of wedding party gifts
  • Assistance with selection of Wedding Favors
  • Assistance with invitation and stationery goods (menu, programs, thank you cards, etc).
  • Assistance with research on group and hotel room blocks
  • Assistance in developing seating arrangements for the reception
  • Access to our Preferred Vendor List and receive discounts from our recommended vendors
  • Review final Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and floor plan as provided by Catering Manager

  • Vendor referrals based on client’s budget and style - verify availability and provide quotations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and reminders per client’s needs
  • Communicate venue policies and conduct with each vendor
  • Review vendor contracts and track all vendor deposits, payments and due dates with reminders
  • Gather all liability insurance certificates and permits from your vendors and submit to venue if required
  • Coordinate and distribute customized wedding day timeline, instruction and floor plan for each vendor
  • Conference and confirmation of all services with vendors prior to event day
  • Confirm final rental detail orders and counts


  • Consult and establish with clients to discuss wedding color combinations, theme and design concepts
  • Personalized design board based on design consultation for bid proposals (up to 3 bids included)
  • Schedule and attend mockups with (1-3) florists and attend any follow up meetings
  • Provide complimentary rental items for viewing at mockups at each meeting as needed
  • Place orders for client on rental items: linens, lighting, furniture


  • Confirm your rehearsal date and me with your wedding venue and notifying your wedding party
  • Direct wedding rehearsal
  • Organize wedding party for line up and placement
  • Distribute timeline to wedding party
  • Provide information on ushers and attendants’ duties
  • Collect and safeguarding all wedding accessories of your ceremony and reception


  • (10) hours on the wedding day with (1) wedding coordinator, (1) assistants coordinator, (1) bride's concierge assistant and (1) groom's concierge assistant
  • Wake up call to all wedding party
  • Order brunch for female wedding party if needed
  • Setup supervision, overall management of wedding ceremony and reception
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit
  • Assist wedding party with attire
  • Manage the timing of the event with wedding party, family members and vendors
  • Distribute flowers to wedding party and family
  • Setup personal items as per instructions for ceremony & reception
  • Orchestrate music and timing with ceremony & reception vendors
  • Final inspections on setup, seating placements, count, tables, place cards, décor, room temperature, etc
  • Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
  • Attend to guests needing special assistance
  • Coordinate ceremony timeline - prelude, procession, unity ceremony, recession, post-photos, etc.
  • Coordinate reception timeline - grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, toasts, grand exit, etc.
  • Distribute client's final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Coordinate transport of gifts and personal items into designated car or hotel room
  • End of event supervision on rentals and pickups


  • Starting at $5,000 plus 15% of wedding design cost (florist, rentals, lighting & stationery)
  • Additional charges may apply due to number of guests, split locations and overtime.
  • Price effective date: March 18, 2018.
